Please note shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland has now been suspended due to new GPSR shipping regulations that are very expensive for a small business. 

Custom Orders

Please note that shipping times for custom/personalised items will take uptp 4 working days to complete.

 

Late and lost Deliveries:
If your delivery is delayed, or there is no tracking information available, please contact us so we can provide more information.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Dena cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

If after 30 days of placing your order you have not received ypu item and have not contacted Dena within those 30 days to declare you have not received it, you will forfeit your order and a refund will not offered.
