Refund policy
In order to return an item and be refunded please return in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging (unless the packaging was damaged on receipt).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage and ensure that the item is well packed before posting.
Please note that custom/personalised items are non-returnable, Dena is under no obligation to offer returns and refunds.
Personalised items will be photographed once completed and sent to the customer for approval before posting.
It is the customers responsibility to read all the information given prior to making a purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. You must contact Dena within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the damaged packaging and damaged product. Claims made without photographic evidence and after 7 days cannot be guaranteed to be replaced.
